Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Market our Product and Sell it
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
  • Determine price schedules and discount rates
  • Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service of the Customers
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services
  • Communicate and advise the Marketing Agents on the sale of our product
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote our products
  • Confer with potential customers regarding their needs and motivate customers to incline on purchase of our type of product

Skills

  • Highly motivated and Target Oriented individual with a commitment
  • Good communication skills required in Hindi, English and Bengali
  • Able to analyze the market dynamics
  • Good IQ required dealing with customers and handling them properly
