Architect

The Architect will be responsible for project implementation from conceptual design through construction administration, including coordination with clients, consultants and contractors. The ideal candidate would have organizational skills, good creativity and design sense, perseverance and a strong work ethic and a responsible person. Experience 3 to 5 years. Job Description:- Responsibilities shall include the following:
  • Shall be responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Shall ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all the disciplines. Coordinates the work of consultants.
  • Shall be responsible to provide site backup on technical/design issues,.
  • Shall be responsible for Designing of daily task of work to be executed at site.
  • Shall be responsible to Keep abreast of latest trends and technologies. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Shall be responsible to oversee and plan all architectural aspects of construction projects.
  • Shall lead the designing of all architectural aspects of construction projects. Reviews final specifications, approves ordered materials, and provides overall guidance on objectives and concepts.
  • Shall advise others on practical, aesthetic and social considerations in architectural design projects.
  • Shall train others on structured processes to maximize the efficiency of architectural design.
  • Shall be In charge of leading design teams through the architectural design process and coordinating directly with Principals, to ensure all project goals are met.
  • Shall be responsible for Detailed engineering comprising architectural, civil, structural, electrical, process, mechanical (PSREG/ FEG), piping, instrumentation and HVAC and project procurement, inspection services, construction supervision, project management.
  • Shall develop checklists and coordinates technical aspects of the project design and construction.
  • Shall be responsible to build client relationships and help identify business opportunities, but will not have formal client or sales accountability.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized Institute with a minimum 3 to 5 years' experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams. Prior experience on high-end residential and commercial renovation projects is preferred. Skills:-
  • Should have knowledge in AUTOCAD
  • Proficiency in Sketchup, REVIT and 3DsMax a plus
  • Client interaction and site visit is required
  • Prepare presentations for the client.
  • Should be very creative and active at work to lead the team
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Strong technical and graphic communication skills
  • Demonstrated team leadership, organization and strong written and verbal communications skills
